Shoot for Iran short film ‘Sea Bride’ by Mehdi Boustani-Shahrbabaki ends in Iranian province of Hormozgan.

The shooting of the short film wrapped up in Qeshm island as we as in port city of Bandar Abbas ended, according to a local report published Thursday.

The actors of the short include Nasibe Jamshidi, Sheikh Ali Alavi, Ali-Reza Zarei, Mahmoud Ghasemi, Ehsan Chengini and Maryam Nader-Shahi.

‘Sea Bride’ is a narrative of a young woman who cannot resign herself to accept what is said about consented death of her fiancé who was a protesting worker in jail.

This marks the 27th short film of Boustani-Shahrbabaki after titles such as ‘Convict’, 'Present Company Expected' and 'Unveiling Ceremony.

Iranian province of Hormozgan as well as its provincial capital Bandar Abbas lies in the south of the country, hosting several islands including  Qeshm.
